Army of Turkeys Delivered a Devastating Defeat against Satan's Army!

On Wednesday, November 15, 2006 Seneca SC was invaded by a small army of Turkeys. This frozen army of 100 launched their attack around 6:30 in the evening and by 9:30 they had driven back Satan’s army substantially. The army of Turkeys endured and carried out their mission despite the lack of light, the cold of night and the never ending rain. I know some of you may be reading this in total disbelief but every word of this is true. See, these Turkeys were armed with the Word of God and filled with the Light of Jesus. As they marched into night to defeat Satan, people could hardly believe their eyes. Wonder and amazement was on the face of many citizens as these Turkeys of God arrived in their neighborhood. Now I know many of you are still thinking there is no way this story is for real but I tell you each and every word is true. See, as the night progressed the Turkeys encountered many unbelievable battles. The Turkeys went up against some of Satan’s most valuable weapons and was able to hold their own. The Turkeys went up against suicide and calmed the tormented soul. They fought against alcoholism and shamed their enemy. They fought with hunger and vanquished it. They spoke to the deaf and gave direction to the lost. They even encountered other soldiers fighting the same fight along the way. Now as many of you may know a frozen Turkey can not walk, talk, lead or fight. It can’t even provide warmth, shelter or the smallest flicker of light. However, I tell you this because it is true. I have seen some amazing things that a frozen Turkey can do. I have seen an army of them marching through the streets of Seneca fighting against evil and winning.

Translation: On Wednesday night several members of the congregation of Living Water Church in Seneca along with the Pastor hit the streets of Seneca to hand out 100 Turkeys for free. This was an attempt to show love for the community and share the light of Jesus. During the course of the night we ran across many wonderful people and were able to minister to them about Jesus through the act of giving and loving. The night was full of surprises and unique experiences as you can probably tell from the short story above. Thank you for the time it took for you to read this. I just wanted to share this wonderful experience with others.

Thank you guys for showing your spirit of giving and letting your light shine! We are suppose to be servants of Christ, when we become Christians. However the quality of servanthood is very rarily seen!
