Sen. Fred Thompson last night at the Republican Convention showed the spirit, passion and core values that led me to support him in his Presidential bid. Sen. Thompson definitely stole the show last night with that speech! He was able to tell the story that is John McCain better than anyone else to this point and he was on point every time he took shots at the left. He is a man you want on your team when the stakes are high. I voted for Fred! However, now me and Fred along with a multitude of other Americans will be voting for a great man and a real American hero, Sen. John McCain!

I agree, Fred can talk the talk. He certainly deserves a top job in the McCain administration after all he has done for the Senator. First, he got into the race only to pull off votes from Huckabee to help his old friend McCain. If you look at his campaign he only worked from 10-3 each day and rarely mingled with the public. But, it was effective. He fooled a lot of people into thinking he was the real deal. He had no intention of being Commander In Chief.
A vote in the Primary for Fred was a vote for McCain. Somehow it all worked out. I for one would rather have McCain than Huckabee. If we had ended up with the Huck we would be in a heck of a mess right now.
